Came here today (as I was originally scheduled for the following week) to inquire about getting braces and from the moment I stepped in, I felt the professionalism and welcoming vibe. I was taken in fast. I am glad I chose Urban Orthdontics over other places that I was considering. Dr. Chelian is amazing, man! Super down to Earth, intelligent, and answered every question I had and told me how treatment would look like. He has a jolly personality as well, you know the one where you can't picture him ever getting mad lol.... After given a clear rundown of the fees by his kind and wonderful coordinator, I ended up paying my down payment, going on a very flexible payment plan, and getting my 3d scan as I ended up getting aligners. His assistants in the front desk and the back are amazing as well, smiling and positive aura. I felt very comfortable with everyone and believe me when I say this, there is a reason there are no bad reviews. This place is legit and I am very very happy. Highly recommend this place to adults and kids looking for braces/aligners. You won't just feel like a patient, you'll feel like family.

We love Dr. Chelian and the entire staff. Everyone works well together and is super friendly and helpful. You never get a negative vibe when you are here. My daughter is almost done with her treatment and we are now starting with our son. We love this place. A local treasure!

My daughter enjoys coming to this clinic. The staff is kind and welcoming, and even when she feels very nervous, they take the time to explain in detail what they are going to do, helping her understand and feel calm. It’s easy to get an appointment, and the professionals truly listen and provide support. This is a great clinic full of caring professionals who genuinely care about their patients.
