Dr.Chelian and his staff have been really great. Getting braces as an adult tends to suck, and they have been nothing but kind, gentle in their execution, and professional (regular scans to check progress, set realistic expectations, and explain everything to you step by step). They definitely go the extra mile to get your smile just right. One year down, still have another year to go but so far so good!

I just finished my orthodontic treatment at Urban Orthodontics, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Chelian is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. He takes the time to explain the process clearly and genuinely cares about his patients, which made every visit comfortable and stress-free. The staff is outstanding as well. Lissa, who answers the phone, is always pleasant, helpful, and responsive when it comes to scheduling and questions. Crystal, the office manager, does a great job running the office and making sure everything operates smoothly. Overall, the care, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire team made this a great experience. I highly recommend Urban Orthodontics to anyone looking for high-quality orthodontic care.

I had such an amazing experience getting my Invisalign here! The entire staff is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients. This place definitely is doing well so far , they been fixing my teeth for about a year now. Ups and downs. The downs are the front desk.. they are very inconsiderate and rude on certain days. They only think about money even after half of the payment is already paid. It’s crazy honestly. On the other hand, the doctor is a great doctor . he is very sweet and helpful. I would recommend the doctor. He’s the best!
