I usually go to the location on Newark Ave but I had to book an emergency appointment for a broken bracket. Everyone was so nice, helpful and my appointment went smoothly. Great staff at this location! Would definitely go back!

My son and I had a great experience at this office. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was friendly, and the entire visit was smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Raquel is very welcoming and attentive to your needs, answers all questions professionally. Overall staff are very caring and make sure you are confterble with them. JACKIE from the time I started coming to them, she is very supportive and is always there for me. I could not ask for no better services, when your helped out of fearing the dentist.

5/26. We continue to be happy with Heights Orthodontics! They have been super accommodating when we have small emergency visits. They always seem to squeeze us in, which is super helpful. The doctors and the staff are always very professional as well as being really sweet to us both. Here is my previous review…We are so pleased with Heights Orthodontics. The doctors and the staff are professional and really nice which has been great for my 13 year old. The office is clean, open and airy making it a pleasant place to visit both in the heights & downtown.

I had been there for a consultation for braces for my daughter.Knowlegable,friendly, caring staff and doctors ! The place is very clean and aesthetic.The staff seem to enjoy the work and that makes the whole atmosphere bright and cheerful. Prompt customer service even on a busy Saturday.Overall experience was great!
