I’m currently at the tail end of a 1.5-year treatment, and while the doctors and staff have generally been kind and friendly, the amount of miscommunication and lack of follow-through throughout my experience has been very frustrating. There have been multiple occasions where I needed to remind the team about my treatment progress and what was discussed during previous visits. Without that context, decisions were sometimes made that didn’t align with the previous plan. There were also a few issues with my trays that resulted in delays and required additional office visits. I’ve also had repeated scheduling issues, including being booked with a new doctor after I had already communicated that I preferred to continue with my original doctor (especially after already having to switch once due to a provider leaving). I want to emphasize that the staff members I interacted with were pleasant, and the office itself is beautifully renovated. My hope is that the practice can improve its internal communication and organization so that the patient experience matches the quality and professionalism the office presents.

I absolutely love Height Orthodontics! They’ve been incredibly accommodating and are fantastic with teens. Even though it’s been a challenge getting my son to consistently wear his Invisalign, the team has remained so patient and supportive with him. Both of their locations are clean, spacious, and welcoming—and I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I went to Heights Orthodontics in Jersey City after I decided at age 65 that it was time to do something about the smile I have never liked- and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Deepa Ramasamy is an artist!!! I had a very complex case: I am missing my lateral incisors and my left canine was severely rotated. Dr. Ramasamy is a true master of her craft; she was able to de-rotate the tooth, close all the gaps, and even shortened and shaped my front teeth to perfection. She is incredibly artistic and made everything look great. I am now 67 years old, and after two years of treatment, I couldn't be happier with the results. Beyond her skill and artistry, she has a wonderful chair side manner! The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable!! If you or someone you know needs braces or Invisalign, I highly recommend Heights Orthodontics and Dr Deepa Ramasamy. You will walk out of there after your treatment and be so happy with your results. I was and will continue to be forever!
