Heights Orthodontics

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this orthodontist over the past 2½ years. My daughter has been a patient here and the care, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team have been outstanding. The staff is always welcoming and patient, and they take the time to make sure she feels comfortable and understands everything during each visit. Her smile has improved tremendously, and we are truly grateful for the attention and care they’ve given her. I highly recommend this office to any family looking for a great orthodontist.

Incredible Experience! I cannot recommend Heights Orthodontics enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. The dental assistants are truly knowledgeable and professional; they always take the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed during my adjustments. Dr. Deepa is doing an absolutely amazing job with my treatment! She is extremely thorough, professional, and attentive to detail. Her expertise helped me achieve the smile I have always wanted, and the results are better than I could have imagined. We are midway through our daughter’s treatment and so far I have not been impressed. My main issues: - appointments commonly start late - doctor turnover: we are having our 3rd doctor in 6 months and every visit feels like we start from 0 context—the doc shows up, spends a minute reading notes and I generally have to give them the history to the best of my abilities - they keep booking us at the other location (Heights) despite us stating our preference for the Newark Ave office - appointment availabilities are poor—we work / go to school yet booking something after 5pm seems difficult even several weeks ahead - they were not able to do necessary x-rays at their office so treatment was delayed until I was able to take my daughter to her main dentist for x-rays—seems odd if you’re doing orthodonty but can’t perform the whole end-to-end process - despite me emailing in the x-rays weeks ahead, the doc had no idea they had them upon our next visit In general, the vibe has been that of an overwhelmed and overworked office that doesn’t have its act together. Wouldn’t recommend this practice in it’s current state. Their location is excellent and the office is very nice.

I love Heights Orthodontics! I’ve been in treatment from inbrace to Invisalign. I’ve primarily seen Dr. Trulby (you can choose which orthodontist you’d like see), and have been seen at both the Heights and Newark Ave locations. The staff has never been anything but wonderful as well as the orthodontists.

I love love love the Heights Ortho team! Dr. Trulby and his team always make my daughter feel so comfortable and cared for. Super friendly, patient, and always so helpful. Even over the phone! They genuinely care. Thank you for all that you do!
