Great experience every time. Dr. Meetu is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to answer all questions in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident. I’ve been coming to this office for over 10 years, and the level of care and professionalism has remained consistently outstanding. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and well-organized, and appointments are always handled efficiently. I have never had a bad experience here and truly appreciate the genuine concern for patient comfort and long-term dental health. I have been seeing Dr. Meetu for several years and my experience has been fantastic. Dr. Meetu is a top-notch practitioner. She is meticulous and my teeth have been very well taken care of. She is even glad to entertain all my questions. She is wonderful. Absolutely A+.

I can’t recommend this team enough! I’ve always had a fear of needles, but they were so patient and understanding throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went the extra mile to ease my anxiety. They were also very attentive to my insurance, making sure I fully understood what was covered so there were no surprises. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, which adds to the sense of comfort. I’ve never felt so cared for at a dentist’s office before. Charming Smile has been an excellent experience for my dental work. I came in for an emergency crown and they were able to get me in same day and help me with my situation in addition to the other work I needed. Dr. Singal is an excellent dentist as well and explains everything that needs to be done and keeps it as painless as possible. Highly recommend this office!

I will not be returning to this office. I can't speak for the dental team because it's been 3 appointments now after 2 months and I will haven't gotten my cleaning due to 'miscommunication' with my insurance. I was told I needed to make an appointment but would need to wait for insurance approval. If there's no approval before my appointment, the office would communicate to reschedule. That did not happen 2x in a row. At my last appointment, I was told that I needed to call my insurance and ask why it's taking so long to get approval. The front desk manager was being unreasonable rude to the insurance rep about not being able to understand her. And when I was trying to communicate that I never gotten any call about moving my appointments, I could barely get 2 words out before the manager blamed me for misunderstanding, blamed the insurance, told me to keep calling my insurance, etc. I've had deep cleanings before. I've been with my insurance through those deep cleanings before. And my previous dentists have resolved the issues with reasonable timing without my involvement. And without being rude to anyone. What a waste of time.
