I've been getting treatments here for over 10 years (two sets of braces) and I wouldn't have chosen any other place. The staff has without fail, ALWAYS been extremely friendly and accomodating. I've always felt comfortable even coming here through childhood and through adulthood. There are so many fun perks and raffles as well it's not a regular orthodontics facility they really put so much love and care into their work. I finally got my second set of braces off by Carly and Dr J and they were so great to me, very friendly, very informative and made sure I was happy with everything! Hopefully I will not have to be back unless it's for new retainers but if i had to do it all over again it would be with LakePointe Ortho!

Love them!! Both my kids have been through Lakepointe orthodontics!! Amazing staff! fun office games in waiting room. Free Keurig coffee for parents!! Fun boat theme decor!!

Great service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. They offer so many incentives and reward programs. Encourages my son for the visits. Today he won a Starbucks gift card just for singing.

Just finished the end of our first six-month treatment and we are very impressed with this place! From start to finish, everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice waiting area with games, refreshments, and a toothbrushing station. They also have good payment plan options and a nice rewards program for the kids, which helps get them excited for a sometimes scary process! My daughter (11) said she enjoyed the time she had here and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs orthodontic work. Looking forward to returning in the future!

I attended here for 3 years and only got amazing treatment from every orthodontist in the facility. Extremely nice and caring staff, excellent theming and inviting interior. especially enjoyed the coffee maker, i enjoyed hot coco almost every-time i visited! The rewards program too was one of my favorites, I got lots of free gift-cards! Honestly one of the best ortho experiences I could’ve had.
