LakePointe Orthodontics: Drs. William Krieg and Brynn Jezdimir DDS, MS

My daughter has been coming here since she was 7. She is now almost 13. She has had to get 2 different sets of braces due to spacing issues. After her first set of braces, her teeth looked so much better! We decided to do a second round after all her adult teeth came in. She’s on month 15 out of 24 and her teeth are looking wonderful. I give a lot of props to Lakepointe. They literally have changed my daughters life for the better. The staff and Orthodontists here are all so friendly and always smiling. We have never had an issue with them ever out of 5 1/2 years. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that asks for a good ortho! Thanks Lakepointe!!

It's hard to say concisely what is so great about Dr. Krieg and Lakepointe Orthodontics-- because there are so many things that I could say! Our family has three children through treatment, three currently in braces, and three more to go. The beautiful straight teeth that my now have is only part of the story-- because you can probably get nice straight teeth from most orthodontists. What sets Dr. Krieg and his staff apart is the always pleasant, friendly, helpful and wholesome atmosphere of their office. Whether it's Nancy at your first visit, Jan at the front desk, Sandy helping with insurance issues, Barb helping with a loose wire when the office is closed, or any one of the friendly and helpful techs doing adjustments, they are ALL a pleasure to be around. Dr. Pajtas, who recently joined Dr. Krieg, also fits right in. Oh yes, and did I mention free wireless, coffee and tea, computers to check your email, nice magazines that you're not afraid to have your children see, video games for the kids, the nautical theme and even the fish tank! (All little touches that we enjoy when we visit). :) UPDATED: Dr. Pajtas is now Dr. Jezdimir. She is a delightfully pleasant addition to Dr. Krieg's office. Her warmth, kindness and always bright smile fit perfectly with the rest of the staff. We now have four children out of braces-- all with beautiful smiles, three children in braces, and perhaps two to go. In all of our time with Dr. Krieg (going back to my own treatment in 1998), we have never had a moment to be disappointed with any interaction at Lakepointe Orthondontics. You have to stop and take this in for a moment-- we have had seven children, having visits every 4-6 weeks, and we have NEVER seen a member of this staff be anything but polite, courteous, kind, and helpful. Not ever, not once. Where have you ever gone-- doctor's office, restaurant, retail store, etc-- where you can make a claim like this? Where EVERY staff member, EVERY time, is as interested in your well-being as they can be? This has been our without exception experience at Lakepointe Orthodontics. Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend Dr. Krieg and Jezdemir for you orthodontic needs. :)

This place is amazing with the staff and orthodontics I have just started but this place is amazing for what they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to straighten their teeth or did something else.
