The staff here is extremely nice. Every time my family walks in the building we are greeted with a beautiful and happy smile. They are patient and willing to answer any question. My two young kids have lots of questions and not too many people outside this establishment in the health field gives kids the chance to ask questions. They are also accommodating. BIG PLUS!!! My kids love it here and aren’t afraid to get work done in the their mouth.

They have been wonderful in all aspects of our experience by always keeping us informed, answering any questions, guidance with insurance & billing, and scheduling. Dr. Haven and his staff are awesome! Julie is amazing she remembers your name when you walk in and is always making sure your appointments fit your schedule she is a great front desk person! Also the staff in the back are great with my son and always come out to give me report on his progress! Love that you are able to make monthly payments with no interest especially since we do not have insurance to cover braces! Seriously if looking for braces they have many to choose from with the latest technology!
