My experience has been top tier. Dr Nancy and her staff embody the full concept of astounding customer service! I have been in search for a good dentist for the last 4 years. This dentist has so much integrity, wonderful bedside manner and she’s a perfectionist! I had a great experience with my cleaning and a wonderful experience with the crown installation for my implant. I have FINALLY found a dental home.

Hands down the best dental office I have been to in a long time.The front desk girl was awesome—super friendly and incredibly helpful with my insurance, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The Dr that did my cleaning was comforting, kind, and communicated everything clearly, which I loved because I knew what was going on. All the staff that helped me overall was awesome, I have no complaints. The entire office was clean and welcoming. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish!

I was in Detroit for vacation and broke my front tooth I found Detroit Dental they took me the next day doctor Nacy recommended a crown and some fillings and to my surprise she finished my crown and and some other things in a week before I left Michigan back to Houston doctor Nacy was very kind the staff was wonderful the office is very clean, comfortable and relaxing I must make another trip just to fix whatever needs done and enjoy the motor city. Started going here about a year ago. Went for my two veneers and loved it so much I just switched my whole dental care here. I wanted 2 veneers for my first two teeth so I was worried about doing such a serious change. You can't tell the difference at all from my veneers to my real teeth. They match perfectly and have stayed perfect for over a year. Dr.Ban is the kindest, smartest and most compassionate dentist I've had ever. The staff are all professional and kind too.
