Petrous Orthodontics

We were incredibly impressed with the care our son received at Petrous Orthodontics. He needed both an expander and braces, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The office staff is extremely friendly, and my son especially loved seeing their dogs, Harvest and Marty, at each visit. What some kids might dread, he actually looked forward to. Every appointment felt welcoming. The team explained every step clearly, made sure we understood the process, and took wonderful care of us throughout treatment. Now, our son has a perfect bite and a beautifully straight smile. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Petrous Orthodontics!

1 year ago around this time. I was sitting in a meeting on teams and I looked like I was missing a tooth. I was constantly biting my lips and getting headaches. I decided that I had to make a change. So I decided I needed to fix the issues. I searched and chose to go to Petrous Ortho. Best decision I made in my life. I met this really kind lady to start (I’m sorry don’t remember her name) she was so nice and walked me through the process and costs. Dr Petrous came and did a quick physical exam I agreed to start the process and 6 weeks later my Invisalign arrived. I was a terrible patient to start. Nervous constantly calling and emailing through this portal you use. But what struck me was no matter how many times I called emailed. Every. Single. Person was nice. All of them. So kind. So helpful so welcoming. Then they brought in this new ortho. Sorry I don’t remember his name. Just as nice just as kind and helpful. I left today and thought kinda sad. I have interacted with the office weekly for a year. I wish they had general dentist lol. If you’re looking or your kids are looking to fix a challenging dental situation. This is the only place you should choose. I spent half my life ashamed of my teeth. Covering my face to smile and this truly changed my life. I can’t thank the Petrous team enough!

I came in today and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. Big shout out to Noah for being especially helpful and friendly! They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very supportive when it came to making payments affordable. You can really tell they care about their patients and want to make the process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend!

I brought my daughter in I was nervous about the price. Was going to cost me an arm and a leg? But I was surprised when they broke down the price in affordable payments. Just came to get her braces removed and they look absolutely amazing Please look into them you'll love you did

Today was my Son’s first visit to get his upper expander placed, and the experience could not have been better! The staff was incredible from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Tyla took her time with my Son, answering all of his (and my) questions about his new expander. She was so professional, patient, and friendly. Esli was awesome with his Brothers and kept them entertained with stickers while they waited—such a thoughtful thing! At checkout, Cathy answered our last-minute questions, spoke directly to my Son to reassure him, and made sure I left with the text question phone number and all the information we needed. She truly made us feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you so much to the entire team at Petrous! I genuinely appreciate the compassion, patience, and kindness you show your young patients.
