Highly recommend Best Braces!!! My son and I had such an positive experience. He was getting his braces put on. We started the appointment with Kai. She was very thorough. She explained the payment process, the transition of the new dr we will move forward seeing, and everything related to the financial price of our 2 year journey with Best Braces. We then went over to see Davida. She was the tech that placed my sons braces on his teeth. She was so fun and welcoming. She made sure my son was comfortable and not in any pain. We cracked a few jokes and shared a few laughs. It was so such a fun environment. The coffee station was great. I really appreciated the professionalism. We look forward to our next visit!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience due to poor communication and lack of transparency. When I contacted the office for a new retainer, I explained that I had a gingivectomy and a small gap since my last visit in 2023. At my last appointment in 2023, I was provided multiple retainers to adjust my teeth back to their original position without needing retreatment, so I had no reason to believe this situation would be handled differently. During scheduling, the receptionist placed me on hold to ask the doctor whether I needed to come in for a scan and then told me yes, but did not explain that the scan would be solely to make a passive retainer based on my current tooth position. I was also surprised to learn that the cost of retainers had increased from $150 each to $200 for either upper or lower. Despite the price increase, before paying I was not informed that the retainer would be passive only and made strictly to my current tooth position, nor was I told that retreatment would now be required to address the gap. These details were only explained after I had already paid and picked up the retainer, when I questioned why I received only one. After expressing my concerns, the office manager did reach out; however, no refund or accommodation was offered. I was only told the issue would be addressed internally for training purposes. Given that I paid over $6,000 out of pocket for my orthodontic treatment, I expected clear communication, informed consent, and better patient consideration. This experience could have been avoided with proper upfront explanation. I hope the office improves how treatment options and costs are explained so other patients do not go through the same confusion.

Finally had my braces removed after 3 years. The overall experience with best braces was fine but what made it exceptions was the staff interactions- specifically the techs & billing specialist. Davida was patient, kind and adaptable. When spending so much money and time in this office, it is HIGHLY important to have someone who understands your apprehensions and concerns with the progress and transition of your smile. Davida is a gem. Their billing specialist, Crystal, is very knowledgeable and ensures your needs are met to ensure you don’t have any insurance or FSA complications. Be sure to request them both when choosing this location! Looking forward to getting my whitening done by Davida soon.

Everyone is amazing. The orthodontist reviews scans immediately even if it is the weekend. Davida is so professional and does such a great job prepping my teeth for the aligners. Whenever I have an issue, they get me an appointment right away. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations.
