Dr. Wesley and his staff are exceptional! From our consult to my daughter getting her braces put on we have felt so comfortable. I am so happy in our decision and we can't wait to see the outcome of my daughters smile with Dr.Wesleys treatment plan.
Very, very pleased with Dr Wesley’s service and the results of my Invisalign treatment. He is professional and patient. He worked with me during my treatment to give me the beautiful smile I have always wanted. The office staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
Going through second child with expanders and Braces currently. I Wouldn’t go to anyone else, everyone in both offices has always been so pleasant through the entire process. Dr. Wesley is the best! Thank you so much for being so good with the kids through a scary time for them. The Bean Family.
100% honest and non bias opinion on this review…From someone who sees 1000’s of mouths yearly (RDH on the East Side) I knew EXACTLY who I wanted to evaluate/take over my case (I’m pushing 40 years old and this is my 3rd time undergoing orthodontic treatment). Dr. Wesley at Lifetime Orthodontics is the, “Dot the i’s and cross the t’s orthodontist.” Proof is in the pudding…get the free consultation and make YOUR OWN DECISION. ❤️
My child just had their braces removed today after 2 years at Lifetime. The office is nice. The front desk staff and our dental assistant, Janice, were always friendly and great to work with. However, I can't say the same about Dr. Wesley. He seemed fine enough when we met 2 years ago and signed a contract for several thousand dollars. I had little interaction with him for the next 22 months or so until it was about time to remove my child's braces. Dr. Wesley is extremely rude. My child confirmed that he often doesn't even utter more than one syllable to them. Last month, he walked in and stuck his hands in my kid's mouth without even acknowledging them first. Who does that? When removing my child's braces today, I asked if he could give my child a break as I could tell they were in distress. He GLARED at me & said "I do this dozens of times a day. I know they need a break." Well, apparently he didn't know my kid with sensory processing disorder needed extra breaks, and sure enough, there were tears rolling down their cheeks by the time he stopped. I wasn't trying to tell him how to do his job, just to consider the needs of this particular patient. But as a fellow healthcare professional and Licensed Professional Counselor, I will say that I believe Dr. Wesley could benefit from therapy to work on his people skills & whatever issues are negatively affecting how he interacts with others. We go back in one week to pick up my kid's retainer then we're not stepping foot in Lifetime ever again. I don't recommend anybody get their orthodontic care from Dr. Wesley. EDIT TO DR. RESPONSE: Other parents of potential clients: Sitting with your child during a doctor/dental appointment is NOT unique. EVERY doctor, dentist and orthodontist in my lifetime lets parents back with their children. I'm nearly 50. This was commonplace with my childhood dentist in the 1980's! This office is NOT sensory friendly. The patients don't even get individual rooms, just partial wall dividers. So they will be able to hear EVERYTHING. ZERO accommodations were made for my kid. Also, I am not a problem parent. I sat in on exactly 3 appointments with my child & Dr. Wesley in 22 months, nearly always staying in the lobby during appointments. I said less than 20 words to this man over 2 appointments and his online response for his rude behavior was that parents need to be "managed". Wow. Maybe he should just have an adult only practice then. He brags about having patience & being sensory friendly. However, when I pointed out his impatience and making my child cry, he got defensive & basically blamed me for literally asking "Can you take a break?" We did meet with Dr. Wesley's father once who is also an orthodontist. He comes off as a bit arrogant, but is at least able to hold an appropriate, adult conversation. If you insist on coming here, maybe ask to see the elder Dr. Wesley instead. My hope is that the younger Dr. will take some time to reflect on his attitude and make some much needed changes. I don't want an apology for my "experience", I want him to take accountability for his actions & apologize for his unnecessarily rude behavior to both me AND my kid.
