Griffin Orthodontics - West Allis

I initially went to Griffin Orthodontist Clinic for a second opinion after my first orthodontic appointment left me feeling overwhelmed. The other clinic told me I would need a significant amount of work done, and I walked away unsure and honestly a bit stressed. I decided to seek another evaluation, and I am so grateful that I did. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Jenna, Dr. Griffin’s assistant. She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and took all of my photos with such patience and professionalism. What could have felt like an intimidating appointment instead felt relaxed and reassuring because of her demeanor. When I met Dr. Griffin, that same warmth and kindness continued. He was extremely honest and transparent from the very beginning. After reviewing everything carefully, he made it clear that he did not believe I needed the extensive work the other clinic had recommended. I truly appreciated his integrity. He could have easily suggested treatment and moved forward with it, but instead, he chose to be upfront and put my best interest first. That level of honesty speaks volumes about his character and the values of this clinic. I left feeling relieved, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you are looking for an orthodontist who is not only knowledgeable but also ethical, compassionate, and transparent, I cannot recommend Griffin Orthodontist Clinic enough. An absolutely outstanding experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Griffin and his team. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. I had a very unique and complicated orthodontic case that required me to see three different specialists, and Dr. Griffin went above and beyond by coordinating closely with the other dentists to make sure everything worked together seamlessly. His communication, expertise, and attention to detail truly set him apart and gave me so much confidence throughout the entire process. In addition, my daughter also had her braces done by Dr. Griffin, and even 15 years later, she still has a beautiful smile. I highly recommend Dr. Griffin. We are so grateful for the care we received!

The staff is mostly friendly, you always have a few I guess. The work seems great but I haven’t been to another orthodontist so can’t really compare. Prices seem average for dental care. Dr Griffin is friendly, professional but personable, efficient and seemingly a perfectionist at his work (which I for one appreciate when dealing with my sons teeth!)

My son , Jordan Sopa, goes to the West Allis Location. He has a 4 year term and we knew going in, he had a complicated mouth, but the owner, David Griffin, made us feel comfortable from the start! My son has about 2 years to go! We always feel heard and acknowledged for every appointment. They will see my son same day if there are any concerns after procedure. All the staff are friendly and a pleasure to have around! I highly recommend Griffin Orthodontics for your brace journey! Thank You.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming took the time to explain everything from the next steps of the consultation to my questions I went in not knowing what to expect and was nervous but they were very helpful in eliminating my anxiety and worries highly recommended!!!
