My daughter had to come to here for her mouth expanders. The place is super clean and trendy. We never had to wait a long time to be seen. All the staff is very friendly. They took time and patience with my daughter. I feel better taking her here for her future braces and my other daughter as well. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nuline Orthodontics and feel it’s important to share so others can make informed decisions. From the beginning, I was not provided with adequate information and was misled about certain aspects of my care and billing. The level of empathy and professionalism from the front office staff was lacking, and my interactions with the office manager, Claudia, were especially upsetting. When I raised concerns, she was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, I was told there was no one else which made me feel like my concerns did not matter. One of the most frustrating issues was the failure to properly process my private dental insurance. Despite providing the necessary information, it was not handled correctly, creating unnecessary stress and confusion. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, it felt like the priority was collecting payment rather than supporting patient health and well-being. I will say that E was kind, and the doctor was professional and pleasant. However, it was concerning that the dentist did not appear to be aware of how the front office was operating. That lack of oversight is alarming and does not inspire confidence in how patient care is managed overall. As a patient, it was very unfortunate to feel that I had no real avenue to voice concerns about how I was treated. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about billing, insurance handling, and communication before committing to treatment here. Patients deserve empathy, professionalism, transparency, and honesty and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope this feedback encourages improvements so future patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.

Dedicated and thoughtful with their care plans. Happy to get my ortho work started here. Dr. Najjar is great to work with. It does get busy but they are flexible in their scheduling.

Brilliant dr. Goes by the name Dr. Anas najjar. I’m already almost a year into my braces at nuline, and I’ve received far better results and treatment at this place than my last dentistry.
