Orthodontic Specialists of Madison - Verona

I had a fantastic experience with Orthodontic Specialists of Madison, especially with Dr. Kevin Knutson. He provided excellent care throughout my braces treatment, sticking to the estimated timeline he initially gave me. I'm thrilled with the results! I also want to commend the orthodontic and dental assistants. They were always helpful and understanding, even when I came in with broken brackets (which happened more than I'd like to admit!). The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, always accommodating when scheduling appointments. Overall, the entire team made my orthodontic journey a positive one, and I highly recommend them!

We absolutely LOVE Orthodontic Specialists of Madison! All three of my children are in the process of braces/retainers and the staff are so kind and patient every time we come in. They always greet us with smiles and make us feel like we aren’t just patients, but we’ve grown to all become friends! The staff are ALL proficient in their skills and knowledge and treat their patients with dignity and respect. Dr. K is an absolute expert and we are all so grateful to have this amazing Orthodontic office conveniently located right in Verona. Thank you to all the staff at Orthodontic Specialists of Madison! Just got the last of the braces off, and I'm very happy with the results achieved and how they've treated me. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Bird and the folks at the Verona clinic!

I am so happy I found this office for my kids! Nicole was such a great receptionist, very helpful and makes you feel so comfortable coming in. Anja was great at talking to me discreetly about cost in front of my kids so I didn't feel pressured on my decision. I loved it was in the op room instead of being over the desk in a stuffy office (past experiences). Anja spent time getting to know my children and their interests and couldn't have made them feel more comfortable. She answered most of my daughter's questions before the doctor came back in. So helpful. Dr.Knutson was described by my daughter as "very calm". If my kids had any reservations or anxiety about this process it completely went out the window when Dr.Knutson so delicately examined them and checked on them and myself for any questions or concerns. He is really engaged and present and we appreciate that. I have worked with a handful of dentists and seen many more as a patient and if I had found Dr.Knutson years ago I would have fixed my own teeth much sooner. He is super relatable. Most of all I came to find this practice because a dental assistant Michelle that has helped my kids through very uncomfortable procedures is all round our favorite person and an incredible assistant. Michelle is friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive. She creates friendships with her patients and makes them feel at home in the dental chair, who can do that? We look forward to continuing treatment with this amazing team and super grateful for our favorite Assistant Michelle and this recommendation. We couldn't be more satisfied.

This team gave me the confidence to make necessary corrections as an adult. They were able to work with my time frame and schedule restrictions. A fully professional Team to assist step by step - the technology used now is much more advanced than when my daughter had braces years ago! Highly recommended for any busy professional.
