We love this place! Both kids have had great work done with them. Offices are immaculate, staff are friendly and fun and Drs. Bird and Knutson have been superb in guiding us through the process. The different offices are all great and they’ve always been accommodating to emergencies and issues as needed (broken brackets, retainers, etc.) Highly recommend them for all your orthodontic needs.

Dr. Knutson and his staff were professional, friendly and efficient. I had braces, top and bottom to straighten and space. Its hard to put into words, but being in my late 30s, it was well worth it! Wish I had a done it a long time ago, may have missed out on some mouth and teeth modeling jobs. My hats off to the staff at Orthodontic Specialist of Madison, they have a great system utilizing technology that really streamlines the process with precision!

We had two top notch experiences with Dr. Knutson and all of the staff at OSM! He treated both of my daughters and we always enjoyed our visits. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked well with both girls. He has their dental health at the forefront and doesn’t rush the process but instead does the right thing. We would absolutely recommend Dr. K to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment!!

Dr. McDermott and her staff were phenomenal! Needing reconstructive jaw surgery and braces as a 38 year old was not something to be taken lightly, but they ensured I was well informed, comfortable, and had anything I needed throughout the entire process. Dr. McDermott communicated regularly with my surgeon both leading up to my surgery as well as during my recovery, so my transitions between specialists were seamless. On top of that, every staff member at Dr. McDermott’s office, from the assistants to the scheduling, knew me by my first name - and by my shoes :) - so no matter who was taking care of me that day, I felt very comfortable. All that to say, while I hope you never find yourself in my position, if you do, Dr. McDermott and her staff are the only option! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Knutson team was amazing. They made the whole process super easy. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They’re great people and they really do care.
