Excellence in Dentistry - Madison

Theresa is great! She's truly my favorite. I appreciate her attention to detail, and that she is thorough in explaining what she's doing. I trust her and enjoy coming to the dentist. I like seeing the connection that Theresa and Dr. Batchelor have with each other professionally. They get along and have a kind and natural demeanor with each other. Their teamwork with each other allow for a relaxing atmosphere for the patient. They are both professional, kind and witty and make it an enjoyable experience for the patient. Mariah is also a sweet human that brings a smile to your scheduling questions and is great at answering questions about insurance.

I had my first exam in years. I have had some bad experiences in the past, and was nervous to try a new dentist. All the staff were excellent. Dr. Batchelor has a very disarming persona which eased much of my anxiety, and my hygienist was thorough without being rough. Overall, an Excellent experience.

I feel like extended family when I go here. My hygienist is amazing, so sweet, patient and excellent communication skills. Dr. B is also amazing and thorough. I recommend them to anyone who is new to the area or looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Batchelor is wonderful! He is so very skilled and knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He’s cautious with what he does and always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. The hygienists are all great and the front desk/billing staff are always so helpful and understanding.

I've been seeing Dr. Batchelor for several years now and I'm so happy I found him. I've met with a few different hygienists and all of them are so sweet and kind. The staff here are really wonderful!
