Dr. Jennifer Navarro is outstanding! She always greets you with her happy, smiling personality. As we navigate through our denture process, her experience shines through with intuition and anticipation of patient needs. She also listens to the patient's feedback and adjustments are made accordingly because her patient's happiness is important to her. One of the leading doctors Dr.Choi told us "our company philosophy to stay away from heroic dentistry". It is true, they will not go extra mile to save your tooth. If you have a choice, don't get enrolled into Willamette insurance plan, you will be tide to the the same "non heroic philosophy" through out the company. One star for very nice attitude, patience to listen, all the cleaning and tons of cheap filling.

Have a dentist phobia due to past bad experiences. Scheduled my appt. to get back on track and ruminated while awaiting for my appt. date which was only a couple weeks out. Fast forward to appt. and quickly learned i worried for nothing. Very professional and personable staff. Everyone was thorough and authentically concerned with my care. Very impressed and pleased👍

I finally came to see the dentist after many years because I was so scared. I hadn’t had a good dental experience growing up, which made me avoid going back. Recently I mustered up the courage to get checked, and I’m so glad I did. I know I need a lot of work done, but I felt truly seen and never judged. Everyone was so kind, including the receptionist. I left feeling confident and even excited to start tackling the work I need. I’m still nervous—but that’s okay. Baby steps!

I have been going to Willamette for over 20 years and have never lost confidence in a dentist before. My health history was not taken into consideration for cavity treatment and my appointment to be seen for cavity sensitivity took months to get in because it wasn't "urgent" enough....AKA I was still able to sleep and eat (one receptionist low key admitted this as a teaching moment of what to say to get seen sooner). This cavity turned into a full blown root canal after an ER visit on Christmas due to intense root and nerve pain, 2 days after my 2nd filling appointment for the same cavity. Also, this cavity was identified over a year ago and I was told by the dentist that he was going to keep "and eye on it."
