I went for a check-up because I was having trouble with a tooth, and the doctor told me I needed a root canal. When I asked what the procedure involved, he explained that it meant killing the nerve, sealing the tooth, and placing a crown. I asked if it would cause any discomfort, and he assured me that once the work was done, I wouldn't feel any pain or issues with that tooth. I went back due to having pain and had to pay for the appointment again—even though he had done a poor job initially; he had claimed the discomfort and pain I was experiencing were psychological, practically implying I was crazy. I’ve been suffering from an infection in that tooth for two years since he performed the treatment. I returned a third time and was charged for the appointment yet again, but nothing was resolved, and I still have discomfort and recurring infections in that tooth. I do not recommend this place for this Kind of procedure I hope they do the right thing and refund my money so I can get the tooth fixed properly somewhere else due to still have experiencing pain and pus coming out of the infected tooth.

Very friendly desk, technician/assistant staff and very sweet and kind doctors that always check in with me throughout procedures to make sure i'm okay and comfortable.

It was my best experience at a dentist probably ever Dr Yu did the work great & it hurt less than ever before. The whole experience was made super by AK who made me feel more comfortable than ever before

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rudra for over a year, and I came in today for a crown procedure. Dr. Rudra and his team, Lisa and Kate, were excellent. They were professional, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. They made the whole experience comfortable and put me at ease throughout the visit.
