Amazing place and amazing staff! They helped me finish my braces treatment after a long road with my old dentist. Dr Clawson is amazing at what he does! Such a pleasure being a patient of his! Highly recommend!

I would not recommend Dr. Steve Clawson based on my experience. After I contacted the office with a concern regarding my bill, my interactions with Dr. Clawson became extremely frustrating. He personally called me multiple times and spoke to me in a way I felt was disrespectful and unprofessional. I expected my billing concerns to be handled with professionalism and respect, but I did not feel that was the case. After these conversations, appointments were scheduled and then canceled, which left me feeling like I was not being treated fairly. My account was also sent to collections, which was very upsetting given that I was actively trying to address my concerns. I felt dismissed and that my concerns were not taken seriously. As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their age or circumstances. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Dr. Steve Clawson. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with and handle concerns from their patients.

The orthodontist was horrible removed teeth out my mouth that didn’t need to be removed After getting a second opinion overcharged me, and the receptionist was rude to me as well. The lady called her being a manager. People say they do payment plans, but they don’t talk about how you have to put a down payment down and you have to pay on time is the interest rate as well and you have to be approved for that I would never go back here again. I would recommend going to bright now dental
