You can schedule your own consultation online with a lot of options of dates and times and the plus side is not a long wait. You self register and the imaging can be done at your appointment. I spent about 45min all together with imaging included. Dr. Arroyo is very pleasant and I am satisfied with the outcome. 10/10 recommend.

I enjoy seeing Dr. Coray, he is so empathetic, extremely knowledgeable about knees. He’s an excellent surgeon and I’m pleased to have him as my doctor. He listens to my concerns about my knees and so far has had great advice and support for me. I tell everyone that wants to listen about how well he took care of me as a surgeon. Saw Dr. Coray yesterday (5/26/26), my wait time to see him was less than 5 minutes.He’s still extremely helpful and gives excellent advice. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great place to go for orthopedic care.

Dr. Smith was very thorough. I look forward to working with him to get the help I need. I have been trying to get help with my ankle for over two years. Dr. smith is the first Doctor that listened and genuinely cared about my pain. He immediately asked for X-ray and MRI. He also explained my results to me in a way I could understand. I am glad I found a doctor I can trust.

Facility 3.5, Dr Coray and nurses 5. An interesting mix of profit driven policies (asking you to pre pay expected costs at surgical check in while being told not to bring a wallet, for ex), caring med staff but paper signs everywhere telling you what they don't want you to do or say, like a $25 engraved sign is just too much bother; AI driven appt setting or patient tracking screen like you're a flight, it's everything good and not so good about our medical system. Me, I don't want to go to McDonald's. I came for Dr Coray, I'd see him in a grass hut if needed. The facility and it's administration I interact with is just a necessary obstacle.

Everyone I came in contact with from the reception staff to Dr. Heffernan were courteous and informative. Dr Heffernan explaned the MRI results to me and the exrays taken at the appointment to me. He asked me a few times if I had any other questions. I was satisfied with experience I had at the appointment.
