Willamette Dental - Eugene

I have been coming to this office for the past few years, and the service has become abysmal the past few years. My last two dental hygiene appointments have been canceled. When I went to re-schedule I was told I could no longer schedule with my hygienist and would be given a random hygienist going forward. When we finally got to re-scheduling, I told them I was available two days a week due to work. I called February 23rd, AND they could not schedule me because their scheduling only goes through March 31and there were no days that could accommodate me. I am amazed they could not schedule anything in April or May!! My incident is not the only one in our family. Last year my husband went in for his appointment and when he got there, they did not have a hygienist for him. My son had an appointment last month in the Portland office and they cancelled it via text at 9 pm the night before. What is happening with Willamette Dental??? Are the computers not working, or is management just non-existent?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Dr. Moon and her assistant during my molar extraction at Willamette Dental. Dr. Moon’s expertise made the whole process feel calm and professional, and her assistant was incredibly kind and attentive—especially when I started to feel faint. They truly took great care of me, and I’m so grateful for how compassionate and skilled they both were.

My appointment went smoothly, and I'm grateful for the excellent care I received. The office is clean and there's free parking. My time was respected and I look forward to my next appointment. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are the best out there. They listen and are responsive. They walk you through everything they do and/or plan on doing and treat you with respect. Our family actually enjoys going to the dentist! Thanks for all you do.
