What an amazing team!!! Very patience and kind. They work with you and treat you like you’re the only patient in the office. Wonderful place. The staff are very welcoming. Dr Norooz works with you on your treatment plan and explains everything to you. I have been dealing wirh a painful problem tooth. The dr and staff have been so supportive and caring. Each time I have called to schedule an appointment, or give an update on my tooth I receive professional and kind service. Dr Norooz checks on his patience especially after a challenging dentist appointment. I give this dentist office a high excellent for service!! I have recommended this dental office to others. Please keep being the best!!!!

Just the worst. They take (or took at the time) delta insurance. But Dr. NAROOZ was unhappy about how much my insurance paid for certain treatments. So AFTER the work was done (awaiting a permanent crown to be cemented) he decided to add thousands of dollars to my bill and refuse to cement my crown until I paid it. I had to go to the dental board before we was even remotely reasonable. Unethical.

Dr Nooraz is great with my adult son with disabilities. No one else would take us as we transitioned to adult care. Only wish the clinic accepted State insurance.

Was recommended this company by my little sisters and must give them a terrible rating. For one they scheduled an appointment with me, I drive all the way from bothell, Wa, to be present at the appointment we scheduled. I get there and they inform me that they tried to contact me telling me of a reschedule, but they never had the wrong number saved. So I took time off work, drove all the way to bothell, all for nothing. Will never recommend this company to anyone, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Don’t be like me and wait. Go to One Stop Dentistry! I was terrified of the dentist until coming here. I still had to be sedated for a deep clean but that’s why I chose One Stop. Because they were willing to sedate me. After years of not going to the dentist my teeth weren’t in great condition and I knew I needed to face my fear. I’m so glad I did. I had build up and what I thought were dead teeth. Turns out they needed to be properly cleaned. Now my teeth have no trace of any stains or anything and they’re white and my mouth feels amazing. I was out of it when I left the doctors office but that evening when I looked at my teeth I cried happy tears. I finally have my smile back. Dr. Norooz is amazing. The entire staff is amazing. Thank you to Denise for her compassion on my first phone call to make an appointment. The team here understands that people can have bad teeth and not be bad people. They still treat you like a human. Thank you to all of you.
