Got my braces on in 2017 and off 2019! Still to this day has an amazing smile thanks to Dr. Gessel! Everything went so well and I’m continuing to recommend people here. I occasionally stop by for whitening gel. Now, my husband will come here and I am so happy to see the growth. Everyone here is so friendly and Dr. Gessel explains so well. Still years later. Hands down, the best Ortho Tacoma has.

Getting braces on for my granddaughter, maintaing them and getting them off has been a great experience at Gessel Orthodontics. The staff and dentist have been remarkable. My granddaughter has Sensory issues in her mouth and the team at Gessel Orthodontics was impressive on how they patiently walked her through each visit explaining the procedures and encouraging my granddaughter through each step of the way. I highly recommend Gessel Orthodontics.

Gessel is SO amazing! They made my daughter’s experience the absolute best. She has always been high anxiety when it comes to the dentist/doctor, but Kim went above and beyond to make her comfortable. I’ll always recommend them!

I started going to Gessel when I was 11 and finished when I was 21. I probably would’ve been done with my treatment earlier if I was more responsible, but I was not. I went through a lot including braces, aligners and an entire double jaw surgery. But throughout everything I was treated well and comfortably. The staff were always nice and knew me by name. It started to feel like a 2nd home because of how long I’ve been going there. Overall I am very satisfied with the work Dr. Gessel and his team have done and I recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic work.
