All 3 of my kids have gone through treatment with Dr. Gessel and we have had the most amazing experience with them. Every person that works her is kind, caring and compassionate. Always there to answer questions and very informative. You can not go wrong with choosing Gessel Orthodontics!

Such a wonderful dental office! Kim, our hygienist, was fantastic — gentle, thorough, and so friendly! Dr. Gessel is excellent as well, very knowledgeable and great with explaining everything clearly. The whole team makes you feel right at ease and appointments are always on time. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff from the time we walk in to the time we leave. Our kiddos have ASD and ADHD and the team is so patient, kind, understanding, and willing to give we the kiddos extra time every visit. Allowing them to adjust to the sights, sounds, smells of the office. Nothing negative, we adore Dr G and his staff 🥰❤️🥰

When I was brought back, the assistant seemed frustrated about the appointment length and made comments regarding the time allotted as if it were my fault. Throughout the brace removal process, she appeared super rushed and was not particularly courteous. At one point, while using the handpiece, she accidentally hit my lip. The overall experience felt rough and uncomfortable, and I was left with the impression that she was upset about having to accommodate the procedure. I was so upset. I was especially disappointed because this was my final visit with the office, and I had hoped for a more positive and professional experience. Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment, and patients trust the office to provide quality care from start to finish. Regardless of scheduling issues, I believe every patient deserves to feel that their provider is taking the time necessary to perform treatment carefully and professionally. No patient should feel rushed or like they are an inconvenience, especially during an important appointment such as the completion of their treatment.
