I would not recommend this orthodontist office. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment, only to cancel it one hour before I was supposed to be seen. This is the second time this has happened. What makes it even more frustrating is that I’ve had a broken bracket for about three weeks and have been trying to get an emergency appointment. Instead of fixing it sooner, they scheduled me for sometime next month. Meanwhile, the appointment they canceled today was just a regular braces adjustment, so it makes no sense why they couldn’t have addressed the broken bracket during that visit. Now they’re telling me the next available appointment isn’t until late June. All of these delays are only making my braces treatment take longer than necessary. The lack of communication, scheduling issues, and poor patient care have been extremely disappointing.

I chose Invisalign treatment here mainly because I wanted a more discreet option while working in a client-facing job. During the consultation, the orthodontist explained clearly that aligners only work if you’re disciplined about wearing them consistently. I respected that honesty because some places seem to promise unrealistic results too quickly. The trays were awkward during the first couple weeks, especially while talking during meetings, but eventually they became part of my routine. One aligner cracked while I was traveling for work and I thought it would completely throw off my progress. The office responded quickly and guided me through what to do until a replacement arrived. My teeth already look much more even than before and several coworkers have noticed the improvement without realizing I’m doing orthodontic treatment.

The dental hygienist was super helpful and nice, also did really well with my special needs kids however the dentist that was talking to us about braces was not so nice, argued, didn't listen and even compared my mouth to my nonbiolgical child trying to compare us! They gave my son the referral that was supposed to be for my stepdaughter but when I called to check I was told that no it was correct.

On our way to our appointment there was an accident on the freeway and the GPS said we would be 11 minutes late. I called to let them know we were almost there and they told me not to bother. If you are more then exactly 10 minutes late you are canceled and re-booked at a later date. This was our first time ever being late. They re-booked us from January to the end of MARCH! The staff are nice but the customer service is horrible. They only do braces two days a week which is ridiculous. They said they have us on a cancelation list. I asked where we were on the list and was told they pick it randomly..... Crazy. Ive been brining my daughter here for a long time. She already has her bottom braces on. This appointment was for the top set. I wish we had chosen a different Orthodontist office.

If I could give this place a zero I would! My daughter started treatment here about 5yrs ago. She was in 8th grade, she is now a freshman in college. They must of had at the very least 5 different orthodontist during her time here, and I’m not sure why the turnover was so high for their orthodontic doctors. However each doctor modified the plan and wanted to do something different. My daughter never developed 2 teeth on her bottom, which we had been fully aware of since she was 2. The initial plan was to put implants on the bottom to even out her bite. However between the 2nd & 3rd doctors that changed because they closed the space for those implants and I didn’t find out until the 3rd orthodontist was sitting in our face asking us what the plan was and what they could do to make her happy with her smile. Confusing I asked if she was the same doctor we had already discussed this with and she said no! So fast forward my daughter is in college in eastern Washington so I found an orthodontist close to her campus. Parker orthodontist (by the way he’s amazing!) he informed me that my daughter’s lower teeth were basically at the same point they were when we started and informed me of a lot of thing’s I didn’t know including options for her lower teeth that were never discussed. Please save yourself money and time and find another quality orthodontist who has a doctor who is staying.
