Great experience! The whole process was so easy and faster than expected. Three locations also made it convenient. Exceeded my expectations and would recommend to anyone needing orthodontic work to use them.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at this clinic. While the staff and doctors were always friendly and professional, my overall experience was somewhat disappointing. The final results were not as straight as I was initially told they would be. I also lost some of the natural function of my canine teeth — for example, I can no longer use them to cut thread when sewing, which I could easily do before. The treatment seemed more focused on appearance rather than bite alignment. Communication and consistency were also concerns. After the full payment was made, the follow-up care felt less attentive. When the clinic changed its location, I did not receive any notification, and once, after arriving only five minutes late, I was told my appointment could not be seen that day. In addition, different doctors sometimes gave conflicting advice — for instance, when my aligners stopped fitting properly, one suggested wearing them for three weeks per set, while another recommended ordering new ones. Although everyone at the clinic was kind and polite, scheduling was often difficult, and the experience as a whole felt disorganized. I truly appreciate the staff’s effort, but based on my experience, I might hesitate to recommend this clinic to others considering Invisalign treatment.

Chanthavy was great, was able to temporarily fix my upper retainer till new one is made, due to needing a crown. I had my series of Invisalign's with them and am extremely happy with how my teeth and bite are. My teeth were in very bad condition in the beginning. I've had several replacement retainers made with an upper night guard. Each time was a great experience, quick, efficient, and timely turnaround in getting the new ones. Today's experience was also great as I got to experience their new technology for scanning teeth instead of using the old methods of using the goop to make impressions. Very cool. As always the staff is super friendly, informative, and am able to get a timely appointment when needed. Turnaround time for getting the replacements is also appreciative. I would heartily recommend them for orthodontistry services.

Exceptional orthodontic care from start to finish. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming. Cristal thank you for your patience, with both my daughter and I we will miss seeing you and the rest of the team. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

If you are an adult getting Invisalign, please get a second opinion, or just go somewhere else. I finished my care with Leone & Vaughn last year and was left with front teeth that were completely different than what they told me to expect, constant jaw pain, and an uneven bite. I wore my aligners every day and night for all the recommended time and never missed a day/night. At my final visit, I had a gap in my two front teeth, that I have never had in my life. I was then gaslit by their providers who told me to “go to a TMJ specialist” and they also had no option for fixing the new gap in my teeth other than putting on a permanent retainer, which at my first visit, they said they never install on clients. They rushed through visits and conversations and are not honest when they make mistakes. Their treatments are far more expensive than their competitors and the lack of care they provide does not align with their costs. It is unfortunate that I wasted nearly two years and a ton of money to get jaw pain and gapped teeth.
