One appointment started a little late because of an emergency patient, but the receptionist kept everyone updated instead of leaving us wondering. Once I was called in, the orthodontist apologized and still took plenty of time with my adjustment.

My son needed new retainers due to losing teeth and his olds one not fitting. They quickly scanned and ordered him new ones and they were ready within a day. They were also super flexible for when we could come and pick them up. Thank you for the quick, speedy, and flexible service!

Dr. Chatur is the perfect balance of skill, professionalism, and warmth- and fun! Her staff is also wonderful and my daughter always has great visits here. She always looks forward to her appointments :) I really appreciate the high level of care we receive here.
