Dr. Chatur, Dr. Jan, and the staff were all so so kind and informative. I knew what was expected each step of the way, I was lucky to have finished my Invisalign trays early, and I’m super happy with the results! ⭐️

Had such a great experience at our consultation for my son! Lacey was so kind and helpful. Chloe is also wonderful - everyone there is. I now am in Invisalign treatment with them and it’s all been such a great experience

I'm new to orthodontics yet fairly old to be in a orthodontist chair. Dr. Chatur and Dr. Jan have been wonderful. I have seen Dr. Jan more during my 2+ year journey, and I understand she is relocating...this practice is losing a valuable practitioner. Her kindness and sincerity is not often seen in the modern world of medicine. I hope she knows it makes an impression and never loses that generosity of spirit. I'm lucky to be in this practices' care even if I wish I wasn't, lol.

Excellent work, but they charge double what you'd see elsewhere. Today I was charged a late fee of $20 after dozens of payments because I did not call in to update the expiration date they had on file within 48 hours. They reached out on Friday and I called in Monday morning, but they insisted on charging the late fee because they count weekends.
