Dr. Cassidy and her team are outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit if you’re looking for orthodontist care. In addition to their outstanding personalized care, integrity, and honesty, Dr. Cassidy and her team are genuinely kind, warm, friendly, and make you feel welcome, valuable, seen, the moment you walk into the office. My son has been a client for several years starting with his first consult and then Invisalign journey. Dr. Cassidy and her team have been amazing and communicative every step of the way, and at this point, feel like family. I also have to note their office is gorgeous, bright white and full of light, glass windows throughout overlooking Green Lake, extra comfortable, and it feels like sunshine the moment you walk in. As do the staff. We met with three different orthodontists and so happy we chose Dr. Cassidy. She stood out immediately and it’s become even more evident why. She is such a delight, deeply involved in your care, and always available. I can’t praise Dr. Cassidy and her team enough. They are a solid 10+.

My daughter received Invisalign treatment from GLO years ago. Recently her retainer cracked so we needed to order another. The staff was still so friendly and helpful. They ordered the new retainer and shipped it out to my daughter in Chicago. The whole process was quick and seamless. It reminded me how much we loved working with them back in the day. Dr. Cassidy is easily the best orthodontist I've ever worked with (I've worked with a few over the years). My kiddo is getting close to finishing their treatment. Dr. Cassidy is great with kids and parents/caregivers, has high standards for how she wants her clients' teeth to look, has a ton of patience, is professional but easy to work with, and her staff are excellent.
