Leone and Vaughn Orthodontist I had a truly positive experience as a patient at the orthodontist. The level of professionalism and care was exceptional. The team was not only thoughtful and attentive but also went above and beyond to work with me throughout the process. While the treatment was on the pricier side, I firmly believe I got exactly what I paid for. The inviting and welcoming atmosphere made every visit a pleasant one. Also let me add that the payment plan was definitely beneficial to my budget 😅. A special shout-out to the assistants. Ms. Chantavy, Ms. Jazmin, and Ms. Dania for their outstanding care and attention. I had the most disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. The doctor's assistant made me feel like I was an inconvenience, speaking too quickly, and displaying a condescending attitude. When I asked about Invisalign, hoping to get an unbiased recommendation for the best treatment, I was met with hostility. The assistant even mocked me by slowly mouthing the word "orthodontist" and explaining its function, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The rest of the interaction with the assistant was awful. She made me feel like I was dealing with a high school bully instead of a healthcare professional. I’ve seen multiple orthodontists across the country, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The doctor herself was no better—she showed up late, rushed through my appointment, and made me feel belittled for my past treatments. She even made a strange comment about how the treatment I was seeking "wouldn’t help my self-esteem," which was hurtful and uncalled for. There seemed to be a culture of indifference and judgment, especially when it came to financial decisions. The doctor mentioned that I needed to make sure I was making "financial choices" and made me feel as though I was making the wrong decision just because my treatment wasn’t a high-ticket item. To make matters worse, I was handed a $9,000 bill with no clear breakdown of what it covered, and no treatment plan was discussed. When I asked for clarity, I was told the doctor was "too busy for phone calls" and that the treatment plan wasn’t available. The whole experience felt like a series of missteps and lack of communication. I felt emotionally drained, and by the time I left, I was frustrated and confused about what I was actually paying for. As a Black woman, I also felt that there may have been a level of prejudice in how I was treated. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Excellent business. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely accommodating and friendly. I recently went in for an Invisalign fitting, and Cristal made me feel very calm and comfortable through the whole procedure. She was professional, caring, and informative. I asked a lot of questions and she was happy to answer everything. Thanks again Cristal!
