I’ve been a patient here for about three years, and I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and integrity this clinic provides. Dr. Michael Bilikas and the entire team — especially Miriam, Claret, and Simran — are incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely focused on patient well-being. On one occasion, I had a dental emergency related to a gum infection. The scheduling process was quick and smooth, and the staff and Dr. Bilikas treated the issue promptly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how attentive they were afterward, checking in multiple times to make sure I was recovering well. I’ve also had a crown redone here. The previous crown from another provider had a noticeable gap that caused ongoing issues, but Dr. Bilikas took extra care to ensure the new crown fit properly. He even went through multiple iterations to make sure there were no gaps that could lead to future problems. That level of precision and commitment really speaks to their professionalism. Overall, this clinic consistently goes the extra mile. Their conservative, thoughtful approach to treatment, combined with genuine care for patients, shows real integrity. I’m very grateful to have found such a trustworthy dental team and would highly recommend them.

I’ve gone to 32 Pearls for over eight years now. Dr. Bilikas and his staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The office runs on time, the communication is clear, and they make an effort to explain what’s going on without overcomplicating things. Dr. Bilikas is straightforward and calm, which I appreciate, and the staff does a good job making visits feel easy and low-stress. I’ve always had an excellent experience!

As much as I want to write a good review for 32 pearls, I've had significant issues getting in contact with them since moving away. For some context, I went to this dentist for years while living in Seattle including regular cleanings and Invisalign. I was recently laid off and moved back home in December with some Invisalign trays left. I have attempted to call, email, and text and have only gotten a response twice, both on the phone where they let me know they were short staffed and would return my call/email/text with more information on getting my last Invisalign trays sent to me. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't gotten a reply and have gotten no contact back after trying to call again and again. This is a great dentist while I was in the area, always willing to answer questions, and enjoyed each and every time I've been, but I am forced to write this review in hopes I can get my retainers that I've already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating.

I always have a great experience at 32 Pearls whether just routine cleaning, or the need for implants and crowns. Dr. Bilikas has always been genuinely concerned about our welfare - my partner Greg and I. We have had excellent care while under his practice for more than ten years.
