I’ve been a patient here for about three years, and I’m consistently impressed by the level of care and integrity this clinic provides. Dr. Michael Bilikas and the entire team — especially Miriam, Claret, and Simran — are incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely focused on patient well-being. On one occasion, I had a dental emergency related to a gum infection. The scheduling process was quick and smooth, and the staff and Dr. Bilikas treated the issue promptly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how attentive they were afterward, checking in multiple times to make sure I was recovering well. I’ve also had a crown redone here. The previous crown from another provider had a noticeable gap that caused ongoing issues, but Dr. Bilikas took extra care to ensure the new crown fit properly. He even went through multiple iterations to make sure there were no gaps that could lead to future problems. That level of precision and commitment really speaks to their professionalism. Overall, this clinic consistently goes the extra mile. Their conservative, thoughtful approach to treatment, combined with genuine care for patients, shows real integrity. I’m very grateful to have found such a trustworthy dental team and would highly recommend them.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this dental office during my Invisalign treatment. From early on, I felt repeatedly pressured to pursue Invisalign at nearly every routine dental cleaning. During one visit, Dr. Bilikas did not perform a dental exam at all. When I asked about it, I was told, “Why—are you having any issues?” and no evaluation for cavities or overall dental health was completed. Despite this, I was continually encouraged to move forward with Invisalign. Ultimately, I agreed because my case was presented as straightforward, with an expected timeline of only a few months. I also had clear plans to move out of state near the end of treatment, and we had multiple discussions—in person, via email, and by phone—regarding how this would be handled. I was explicitly told I could pay in full upfront, receive all aligners, and have my retainers mailed to me at the end. I was also reassured that if I was unhappy with the results, I could be connected with a colleague in my new state to avoid paying a transfer fee. Unfortunately, none of this was honored. During treatment, even when a staff member questioned whether a visible issue should be addressed, it was dismissed at the time—only for it to later become a more significant problem. I ultimately was not satisfied with my results and did not receive any assistance with transferring my care as promised. I had to independently arrange continuation of care, pay a transfer fee, complete treatment elsewhere, and pay again for final retainers. To make matters worse, communication completely broke down despite prior assurances. Despite having paid in full remaining balance after insurance upfront—with confirmation of additional monthly insurance contributions were complete—I continue to receive emails claiming I owe additional balances. Each notice lists a different amount, with no clear explanation. Attempts to resolve this have been unsuccessful. I have sent multiple emails and made repeated phone calls to the general office line, the specific location, and directly to Dr. Bilikas. The phone system does not allow voicemails, and while I have received texts acknowledging missed calls, my requests for a callback to discuss billing issues have gone unanswered. Overall, this experience has been marked by pressure to pursue treatment, lack of appropriate clinical evaluation, poor follow-through on clearly stated agreements, and ongoing billing issues that remain unresolved. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before proceeding with treatment at this office.

Edit: After some time, 32 Pearls was able to remedy the issue. I'll leave the original review for transparency, but they were able to solve all my issues and always had a positive experience going here. The dental hygienists were all amazing. As much as I want to write a good review for 32 pearls, I've had significant issues getting in contact with them since moving away. For some context, I went to this dentist for years while living in Seattle including regular cleanings and Invisalign. I was recently laid off and moved back home in December with some Invisalign trays left. I have attempted to call, email, and text and have only gotten a response twice, both on the phone where they let me know they were short staffed and would return my call/email/text with more information on getting my last Invisalign trays sent to me. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't gotten a reply and have gotten no contact back after trying to call again and again. This is a great dentist while I was in the area, always willing to answer questions, and enjoyed each and every time I've been, but I am forced to write this review in hopes I can get my retainers that I've already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating.

I am very satisfied with my Invisalign treatment, which I completed one week ago. The doctor and staff were always very polite and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their attention and support.

I’ve gone to 32 Pearls for over eight years now. Dr. Bilikas and his staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. The office runs on time, the communication is clear, and they make an effort to explain what’s going on without overcomplicating things. Dr. Bilikas is straightforward and calm, which I appreciate, and the staff does a good job making visits feel easy and low-stress. I’ve always had an excellent experience!
