I am truly impressed by Dr. Cohanim's expertise and the warm, welcoming staff. My visit was seamless, thanks to Tiauna's friendly and professional care. During my consultation, Dr. Cohanim quickly demonstrated his deep knowledge. He noticed that the canal near my right ear and its relationship with cheekbone, which explained my discomfort aorund rightside of cheekbone I’d been experiencing since starting aligners with a previous orthodontist. Dr. Cohanim also pointed out that my incisors needed to be adjusted, which clarified why I had been struggling with pronunciation. Dr. Cohanim shared valuable insights throughout our discussion, answering questions before I even had to ask—something I hadn’t experienced with the other 10 orthodontists I consulted. Learning that he also teaches in the field helped explain why I felt so informed during our visit. I gained a lot from this experience and am very grateful. Orthodontic treatment is crucial, just like any medical care. Take your time to find the right specialist; I’ve heard many stories of people needing to switch orthodontists. My family & I have been cared for by Dr. Cohanim & his wonderful staff since 2001. Initially my ex-husband & I began our treatment. After such a pleasant experience we referred my younger sister who at the time was seeking an orthodontist. Then once our children were old enough we took them in for their consults. Having started their treatment plan at an early age we saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend Cohanim Smileworks. Dr. Cohanim has done a excellent job. My family & I appreciate his care & genuine kindness over these past 15 years. We like him so much that even after moving to Federal Way we don't mind driving into Seattle for treatment. Although at times, I kind of wish he still had his Federal Way office :)

Both of my daughters enjoy coming to Dr. Cohanim's office for their appointments. The results in my older girl's smile are remarkable. His staff are friendly and efficient. The office manager Patricia is incredibly organized and personable. The reception area is comfortable and inviting; with a fish tank and a coloring corner for young ones. There's even hot cocoa and cookies. They treat us like family.
