I am a current patient about halfway through treatment. I began with Invisalign and recently switched to traditional braces one year into treatment in order to get more effective/precise pressure to fix my overbite. I was offered Propel at no extra cost (tiny perforations in the jaw bone to encourage movement), but chose the less invasive option i.e. switching to braces. Though I found Invisalign more hassle-free, Chia did an excellent job removing my Invisalign attachments and getting me set up with braces, making it as easy as possible. Throughout treatment, Dr. Wong has taken his time explaining and checking in on my treatment progress. I really appreciate that my treatment had one up-front cost that is payable by payment plan. Based on the central location, fair cost, and quality of care, I would definitely recommend Dr. Wong's office.

I had an excellent Invisalign experience with Dr. Wong and his team! As an adult wanting to fix my teeth, Invisalign was the best way to go. Another orthodontist told me I could only do braces but I got a second opinion with Dr. Wong and I’m so glad I did! Their process from start to finish was extremely organized and it included a remote process for checking my progress without having to go into their office as often for appointments. I am finishing my Invisalign right on time for what they estimated. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Wong's for over 2 years now, and it's been a phenomenal experience so far. I have a particularly difficult clinical case involving pre and post surgical teeth alignment, and I suspect I've had to ask more questions and attend more one off appointments than the average customer. Regardless, my experience with the staff each visit has been nothing but wonderful. The best example of this were the two visits right before and after my surgery, where Shannon took great care to adhere and subsequently remove special attachments to my teeth. As a risk-averse person, I naturally asked a ton of questions, but Shannon was very happy to answer them all and made me feel very comfortable in my orthodontic journey. For anyone looking at orthodontic treatment and/or specifically invisalign, I would highly recommend starting here.

This is a long overdue review, but I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Wong. I came to him after a previous orthodontist damaged my teeth in a separate 2-year long Invisalign treatment. I was emotionally fatigued and concerned my teeth were on the brink of falling off the bone during my initial eval with Dr. Wong: in this condition, he didn’t have to take on my case, but he did, and he did so with unwavering compassion, empathy, and expertise. My experience as a patient with Dr. Wong compared to my prior doctor was night and day: he addressed my questions with care, and he always offered reassurance and a proposed solution for any concerns. On top of my case being tricky to begin with, I added another layer of complexity in that I was nomading around the country for the indefinite future, so I couldn’t come in regularly for appointments. Dr. Wong had a solution for this too: he would monitor my progress virtually via a scan I’d do weekly. This software proved to be highly effective and accurate. I met on zoom with Dr. Wong whenever I needed to, and I did plan in person office visits every 4-5 months or so. The front desk team was highly accommodating in scheduling, knowing I was traveling in solely for the office visit. The office staff in general were also always friendly and inviting: I felt like walking into a warm home every time I visited. Now, it’s been 3 years since I first saw Dr. Wong, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My smile is nice, but more importantly, my teeth are healthy. They are back on the bone, gum recession and bone loss have been controlled, and my teeth have settled well. Thank you Dr. Wong and your team for taking on my case and treating me like family. If Dr. Wong specialized in any other kind of medical practice, I’d trust him as my doctor in those fields too! He’s just that knowledgeable and approachable.
