I am a patient before 2 years Ago and when I returned back after 2 years, they didn't change the price kind enough to offer discounts for my procedure. I am so grateful for the received discounts that made my treatment much more affordable. I must say that they're all very friendly and thorough. Everyone took their time explaining things such as the next steps and extremely detailed. To tell you the truth. I can't stop smiling. The service I received was beyond my expectations. From when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile . Everyone was so professional and fast I was amazed by how my teeth turned out even though my friends couldn't believe. The care I received high-quality treatment during my visit. this dentist was extremely excellent. " Dr A the orthodontist did an amazing job on my teeth. You really need to get your teeth done here best in town ! They also have a good offer now, so make sure to go get your teeth done for the new year.

Please stay away from Impress. You will be harassed in spite of paying upfront for the whole service. The worst part is communicating with their customer care you will receive copybook answer every time : "I don't have enough information in front of me and we will get back to you which they never does". My wife is waiting for her last retainer from last 5 month we have contacted several times to get this and it seems the retainer lost in process and we are in the same loop again and again with them. Please Please stay away from this place other wise you will regret.

I am extremely angry. I’ve been getting treatment for over 2 years and this place hasn’t closed the gap in between my teeth. The doctor said come back after two weeks. I’m here and the place is closed on a Wednesday at 10:15 AM. Hours of operation say 8:30 AM. I initially started at the Bellevue location but it closed down. I even paid the subscription as they blamed my retainers were to old. I’ve wasted my gas and time so many times and it’s not right. I paid a lot of money and expect to be taken care of. I hope this place hasn’t closed down permanently because I need this treatment to be complete or some sort of refund!

That level of care made all the difference. I know there are mixed reviews about Impress, some even quite negative. I can only speak from my experience, both in Portugal and here in the U.S., and I can confidently say it’s been exceptional. Yes, I faced a few issues during the process, but whenever I brought them up, the team was open and understanding. Now, as I look at the final results, I couldn’t be happier. This journey was long, but it was so worth it. Thank you to the amazing Impress clinic team — you’re truly exceptional. I highly recommend Impress to anyone considering orthodontic treatment. I had my orthodonthics treatment done at Uniform teeth before they became Impress, and it was a good experience and I'm happy with the results. That said, the results have to maintained by wearing a retainer at night. Recently, I wanted to purchase a new set of retainers from Impress. Unfortuantely , despite them having an app, this routine procedure can't be completed online but two phone calls are needed: one to verify that I really want the retainers, and a second one for payment. I've been trying to call the finance department multiple times to place the order, but the phone was never picked up. Instead, they've tried to contact me back, but I'm usually unable to take calls during work. So it looks like I'll have to find a different solution.
