The entire team was friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. They always made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I had an awesome first visit with Dr. A and McKenzie Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and very friendly. I was especially impressed that they offered a free consultation along with complimentary teeth scanning, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Caye for going above and beyond with client care. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. You can really tell this team cares about their patients and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Finished my aligner treatment within 9 weeks that’s how simple and easy they made it for me. More than everything, this is the first place that I feel did not overcharge me for my treatment. I’ve been undergoing orthodontic treatment with Impress Clinic for about two years. Overall, my experience has been positive, with a few areas that could improve. 1. Technology The aligner technology is excellent. The treatment felt precise and well-planned, and during my initial research, it seemed on par with—or even better than—Invisalign. Weekly tray changes worked smoothly, and I had no issues here. 2. In-Clinic Support Staff The staff at the clinic are fantastic. A special shoutout to Makenzie, who went out of her way—even outside regular hours—to make sure my whitening treatment was completed. That level of care really stood out. She’s truly a gem and I hope Impress and Dr. A cherish her. 3. Customer Service This was one of the biggest challenges early on. It was difficult to reach support via calls, emails, or chat. However, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement over time. Their responsiveness is now much better, typically getting back within a few hours. 4. Cost & Billing Pricing was competitive for the Seattle area and on the more affordable side compared to other options. I did face an issue where my insurance claim wasn’t processed correctly, which increased my out-of-pocket cost initially. To their credit, they resolved it and are now reprocessing the claim. One concern: I was under the impression that additional aligners (if needed) would be covered under the comprehensive plan, but I was later informed there could be extra charges. That lack of clarity upfront was frustrating. 5. Orthodontists There was some inconsistency, as my treatment involved three different dentists before Dr. A took over. While Dr. A is competent clinically, the experience at times felt more business-driven than patient-focused, which came across as slightly off-putting. Overall, I genuinely want to see Impress succeed—it’s an underrated player in the U.S. market with strong potential. The main limitation right now is appointment availability in Seattle, as the team is only available about once a month. Hopefully, they expand their operations and accessibility going forward.

Lovely facility with great staff. The aligners worked really well for me - I did 3 rounds of aligners and wear my retainer every night - and 4 years later my teeth still look great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to straighten their teeth.
