Great experience so far with my daughter's ortho needs. Extremely professional and explain everything so we understand the process from start to finish. We never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. GREAT TEAM, Clean office, up to date technology!

Great experience so far! Loved the option to text with a team member and do a virtual consult. There was a little mix up with the scheduling of my first appt in the office but the Ghent office staff didn’t miss a beat! Before I could fully explain, they were already making sure I could still be seen … and I was seen! :) Such a smooth and easy process they have from X-rays to sitting down to discuss the treatment plan. I will definitely be referring my family & friends!

I was excited about my consultation. I’m excited for my future smile! The office has state of the art technology. I got my impressions through xray and they fit great when I received my trays. The staff was courteous and I was in and out. It took about a month to get my first 2 trays.

My experience at this office has been fantastic. Arianna has truly gone above and beyond for me and my family. She has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything from insurance details and treatment plans to custom requests I had regarding medical records.
