JRO and Dr. Loflin are absolute outstanding. I cannot more emphatically recommend the entire practice. By way of background, I visited JRO reluctantly. While my smile wasn't ideal due to damage from 40+ years grinding my teeth, a few chips aside it was fine by me. Eight months later, I marvel at the work they performed and my new smile. I couldn't be more appreciative, amazed or excited. Safe to say I would give James River Orthodontics ten stars were it an option. Amazing people, unparalleled customer service and exceptional orthodontists.

The doctors and staff are so nice! We love the ice cream machine on the way out after our appointment. The office is beautiful too. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at James River Orthodontics! The staff was incredibly nice and outgoing, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I was thrilled that I could start my treatment plan on the same day as my consultation—they even handled my X-rays and removed my braces from my previous orthodontist right then and there. I’m so excited to embark on this new journey with them. Plus, the office layout is elevated and luxurious, which added to the overall positive vibe. Highly recommend ! 10/10 !

I love going to JRO. My 1st visit, I went to the wrong location my mistake but they were so understanding. I was seen that same day only 10 mins later. Such a great atmosphere where they explain everything in great details. Also any questions Ive had afterwards are always answer. When i was on my 4th invisiline tray, I called to tell them one side was lifting in the back, instead of me having to go back into the office they assisted me on the spot and i was able to get it in correctly. Love this place.
