Highly recommend JRO! Dr. Loflin, Dr. Scarborough and their team are the best in the bizz. They truly go above and beyond and really cares about their patients. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I absolutely love my new smile! I don’t normally write reviews but had to share my awesome experience working with JRO. If you’re looking for a genuine, knowledgeable and professional orthodontist, look no further!

High praises for JRO are all I'll ever shout! Talk about an experience that took a little over three years but went by with a breeze and beautiful results. My daughter came in and instantly became the star and from there was apart of the JRO family. Dr. Loflin was our main doctor, he was patient and worked with my daughter at her comfort level. Always explaining and asking to make sure she understood and was okay with what was going to happen. We are not finished at the moment, but are taking a break, to come back and finish once she has grown more. However the results speak for themselves and we will continue to drive those 30 minutes each way to continue to get the care we received, even though they have an office closer to our house. I highly recommend sending your child/ teenager. The staff and doctors hold the highest of care for each patient and that is what makes a difference at JRO.

My daughter and I received a warm welcome from Vicki after stepping off of the elevator. She showed my daughter where she could brush her teeth and floss before getting her braces on. I was very pleased with time management. They didn't take long calling us as soon as we got there and it didn't take long for them to install the braces. The staff was very friendly and patient with our questions. The environment was calm and relaxing.

The Mechanicsville and Short Pump teams are awesome. At today’s visit (braces take off) Stacy and Erica were patient and walked me through each stage. Dr. Login has a great personality and does wonderful work. I love my new smile, all thanks to the JRO team!
