We were referred to Dr. Cline by our Dentist, Brian Herod, and after our consultation we understood exactly why we were referred to this practice! Dr. Cline's approach is patient driven, he is thorough in his assessments, kindly answers any questions, and gives his educated approach to the best outcome. The front-end staff, the assistants, and anyone on the team are high quality, which is a testament to Dr. Cline's leadership. The customer service, organization, and cleanliness is superb. I sincerely appreciate the time the take to explain and go over any questions we might have. We have been to both the Shortpump and Libbie offices and the standard of excellent quality doesn't waver on the location which is impressive. Definitely recommend this practice and team.

Place is incredibly clean and all the staff are kind. Dr. Cline was very to the point and explained things easily to us. They have amazing reward systems to encourage hygiene for the kids and fun swag. My kid looks forward to going each time!

My son is autistic and was so scared about getting his braces, but Allstar knew exactly what to do for my son , with their patience and kind hearts , they really made our time with them the very best ! I came here mainly for Invisalign because I didn’t want traditional braces during my customer-facing job. The orthodontist explained honestly that aligners would require discipline and consistent wear, which I respected because some offices just say yes to everything. My trays arrived on schedule and the fit has been comfortable overall, although the first few days after switching trays can still be annoying. One time I accidentally cracked an aligner while traveling and the office responded quickly with advice until I could come in. The assistants are friendly without sounding rehearsed or fake. I’ve noticed my lower teeth straightening much faster than expected and even my jaw tension has improved lately. Friends started asking if I whitened my teeth because my smile looks noticeably cleaner now.
