Whenever I call the office to inquire about appointment availability, I often receive inconsistent information. In many cases, the staff informs me that there are no available appointments without first checking the schedule thoroughly. For example, on one occasion I called in the morning to ask about appointment availability and whether there was a cancellation waitlist. I was told that there was no cancellation list and that no appointments were available. However, when I called back approximately 30 minutes later, I was informed that all cancelled appointments had already been booked. This inconsistency in communication makes it difficult to understand the actual availability of appointments and creates frustration for patients who are actively trying to schedule a visit. I would appreciate a more transparent and accurate process for communicating appointment availability and cancellations.
