Richmond Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this orthodontic practice! The entire team is always so friendly, efficient, and professional. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate us — even squeezing my daughter in when she needed a quick bracket fix. The office is always warm and welcoming, and Dawn and Haley deserve a special shout-out for being so patient and willing to answer any questions we’ve had along the way. Truly an outstanding practice — 100% recommend to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care!

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bilbona and his staff! My daughter has had a LONG run in braces which required a lot of patience and expertise. Additionally, her care spanned several dental specialties which the RPO office navigated expertly! After four long year, we got to see her transformed smile and could not be more pleased!

RPDO is fantastic. We are always met with warm greetings and smiles from receptionists Dawn and Haley who are incredibly nice and helpful. We love the waiting room atmosphere and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or snack if we need one. Dr. Bibona is a fantastic orthodontist and also very helpful. We are happy to get braces off but will miss this great team!

Dr. Bibona is super warm and friendly, has answered all my questions, and is very realistic about what to expect. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful, too. Kathy did a great job at our last appointment getting my son ready to transition out of the aligners. He really appreciated the water bottle full of treats, but what I appreciated was the sweet photo card of my son with his "post treatment smile" that arrived in the mail. With their multiple locations, RPDO is very convenient. We have used them for 2 kids already, and expect to use them for 2 more in a few years.

Dr Bibona and his staff are excellent at what they do! 10 out of 10! Convenient locations and appointment times. Communication and cleanliness are their top priority. My son looks forward to his orthodontist appointments with Dr Bibona.
