I had a great experience at this practice. I felt welcomed and the staff is very organized. I specially wanted to recognize Maxwell who was kind, patient and always available when I had questions or needed support. Overall the positive attitude made my visits stress free. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great experience getting braces/invisalign. .

Why GLO is a great orthodontist: GLO is an amazing orthodontist, because I really enjoy the doctors. But I also enjoy how they make me feel very comfortable. Those reasons aren’t all of them. I enjoy it because I really like that they have a drink place. And the fish are so cute. But most of all I really really love the doctors because they’re helpful, try to understand, and calm. We had a early morning appointment and from the lobby could hear the group cheer "We make people smile!!" Coming from the exam room. Unfortunately, the technician who worked on my son after that was in such a hurry that she left all the wires so long they tore his mouth up over the weekend and we had to make another trip on Monday to fix her work. This is the second time we've had to return to fix rushed work. GLO came highly recommended to us, but I wish they would allow the staff the time and training necessary to ensure patients leave the office properly treated.

Maxwell has been nothing but kind, professional, and patient with my multitude of questions before treatment, and Dr. La Rochelle was thorough and comforting with me during my consultation.
