My first time visiting River Run Dental. I was a new patient and the office was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best thing was they offer you a menu of different items you can receive like water, lip balm, coffee, tea, neck pillows and eye mask. That is what took my experience to 5 stars.

Dr. Patel and his assistant Sarah took such good care of me during my extensive 3.5 hour appointment! They are a great team. Emma in the business office is efficient and pleasant. Professional, highly skilled, calm and pleasant - couldn’t ask for a better experience 😀

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease. The entire team created such a calming, supportive environment, and they explained everything they were doing as they did it, which made a huge difference for me. The doctors and hygienists were incredibly kind, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. I never felt rushed or talked down to — instead, I felt truly seen and valued as a person, not just a patient. As someone with anxiety and a deep fear of dental visits, that level of understanding and care meant more than I can express. This was easily the most comfortable dental experience I’ve had, and I’m so grateful to have found a practice that leads with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you’ve been anxious about going to the dentist.

This dental office is amazing and ppl that work there is even wonderful . They were so sweet and understanding. The dental assistant I had was so sweet and amazing. The doctor I had was so loving and caring and made me feel so comfortable and safe knowing that she going to make sure I’m in good hands with her . River Run Dental (Libbie Mill location) is honestly as good as it gets. Every experience I have had with them has been beyond professional, caring, extremely helpful, and personal. Most people loathe going to dentist. This place doesn’t just make it tolerable, they make it an enjoyable experience. Couldn’t give higher praise.
