I had my first visit last Thursday and what a wonderful experience. Totally unexpected. Very nice and professional space. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. Upfront and understandable cost. Nice welcome bag! And made to order “free” Starbucks!

Love RVO orthodontics & can’t imagine why anyone would go anywhere else! Everyone from front desk, to the assistants to Dr Chad are always professional, knowledgeable, kind, flexible, patient with my questions and seem to really enjoy their jobs. The office is always clean and a pleasant environment. They even have a full Starbucks coffee bar and contribute to a charity each month from it!! I could go on, but need I say more!! Highly recommend you visit! Who would have thought braces could be enjoyable?!?

We have been clients now for the 4th time. Three kids and myself. They are efficient, friendly, & knowledgeable. My kids like coming and we all enjoy the Starbucks cafe which support a great cause!

We had been shopping around for the best deal for our daughters Invisalign and let me say this group is unparalleled in service, friendliness, and knowledge. It’s a community they are building with their business. Every single person we interacted with at all stages of the process restored faith in us that customer service still exists and people that care about and know their craft still exist. No more shopping for us. Dr. Chad and the team spoiled us and won us over with the best price and best service. I’ll update this review after our 15 month plan is concluded.
