I had a wonderful experience at my orthodontic appointment today. My orthodontic assistant Roxane was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. They explained each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions with care. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the appointment stress-free and enjoyable. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent care. I came in for a consultation today, and I had a great experience. Alex, my treatment coordinator, was very helpful and informative. Samantha took my records and was very nice. Dr. Robb explained my treatment thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office!

I recently had a consultation with Dr. Itani regarding a very difficult decision involving the extraction of a tooth in order to improve my teeth alignment and proceed with Invisalign treatment. Dr. Itani was exceptionally patient, professional, and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. What impressed me most was the care taken to coordinate directly with my dentist to ensure that every aspect of the treatment plan was carefully considered and that no issues would arise along the way. I would also like to recognize Beth Dail, the treatment coordinator, who was instrumental in arranging an earlier appointment to accommodate my time frame and availability. Her efficiency, kindness, and understanding were greatly appreciated. Based on this experience, I feel confident moving forward and trust that the treatment will lead to a tremendous improvement. I am very grateful for the professionalism, communication, and personalized care provided by the entire team.

Been coming here for a little over a year, all the orthodontists are great! The office is very aesthetically pleasing. They are so generous with their products, I definitely feel like I’m getting my money’s worth! Scarlett is my favorite dental hygienist, she’s so sweet, kind and honest! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone :)
