From start to finish, my experience was absolutely amazing. Ashley went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took my scans, placed my attachments, and carefully walked me through the app, explaining every step clearly so I always felt confident in what was happening. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and genuine care. She even made me more relaxed by turning on the seat warmer and massage feature during my appointment, which was such a thoughtful touch that immediately put me at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and filled with the latest technology, which makes the process smooth and efficient. Every member of the staff I interacted with was welcoming and kind, creating an environment where you truly feel valued as a patient. If you are hesitant about coming here, I can honestly say you should not be. This is a place where you will be cared for with warmth, professionalism, and the highest level of attention. I could not recommend them more. And if you can get Ashley, do!

i just had my power chains put on and Ashley was my orthodontist .she was honestly amazing. She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and was super patient with me. She's also really sweet and easy to talk to, which made the whole process so much less stressful. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I'm actually excited for my next appointment because of how great she made this experience.

This office does not provide real support for existing customers— their phone number does not work and when it does, it prioritizes new clients instead of assisting to existing ones. And to schedule a follow up in person meeting, their website only shows new client appointment scheduling. I was told the next availability would be in two weeks but upon checking the website, there’s plenty of open slots— but they label them as “new client appointments”. Disappointed in the service overall

I recently had jaw surgery to correct an underbite, but before I could get surgery, I needed orthodontics to align my teeth to be in an ideal position for the surgeon to properly move my jaws. Before I had even consulted with any jaw surgeons, I had met with Dr. Itani in February 2025, who set me up in Invisalign to start preparing me for surgery. In June 2025 (4 months into treatment), I consulted with some of the more well-known and experienced jaw surgeons in the country, and they said that my teeth and bite were already in an ideal position and that I’d be ready for surgery immediately. Typically, it’s a 1-2 year process in orthodontics, so I was glad that the treatment was working and that I didn’t need to spend much time going through orthodontic decompensation. A month before my surgery, I switched from Invisalign into traditional braces. Dr. Itani and staff all did a great job setting me up in braces for the surgery, especially Jasanne. Three weeks after surgery, I was more of a difficult case since I could only open my mouth by about 30%, but Jasanne and Dr. Itani did great working around my limitations to make post-op adjustments, changing me into more manageable wiring and setting up a TPA appliance to preserve surgical results.

After speaking with Arianna, she immediately sprung into action to help with ordering my retainers and resolved outstanding questions i had regarding my insurance.
