She takes the time to get to know the people in her chair, even remembering personal details from previous visits, which makes every appointment feel personal rather than routine. She genuinely makes going to the dentist something I look forward to! The front desk team is equally outstanding—always welcoming, responsive, organized, and happy to answer questions, explain insurance, and make scheduling easy. Dr. Haddad has an excellent bedside manner and is incredibly skilled. What I appreciate most is his conservative, patient-first approach. He explains your options clearly, never pressures you into unnecessary treatments or procedures, and has earned my complete trust. Dr Patrick Haddad is simply amazing! He is thoughtful and clearly an expert in his field. You can tell he absolutely cares about you as a patient. He cares about how you are doing while you are in the chair and out of the chair. Taleik and Elizabeth complete the team with pure excellence and love! I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this practice and Dr. Haddad so far. The wisdom teeth removal process was very smooth and painless. The Doctor was fast, clear and took good care of me. Additionally, since I started the Invisalign treatment with them, they have been following me on a monthly basis and answering all my questions and doubts and are making sure I am content with my results.
