I have loved going to Dr Alex for my dental care since December 2025 when my long time dentist retired. She has taken great care of me and it is with much sadness that I have to say I must leave her because I am moving away. But those who are still here – I strongly recommend Dr Alex to you.

I have visited with Dr. Mohammed twice. Both times were for my wisdom teeth which were impacted and giving me great pain. Let me start by saying thank you to the entire team at Arlington Dental Excellence!!! Both extraction were pretty complicated but Dr. Mo is very skilled and I love how patient he is. Healing is going great. So satisfied that I’m considering going to this office for all my general dentistry too. It’s 1 hour from my house but it’s worth it. Service & Results 5stars!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Alexandra Murty for the past four years. I also recently completed an Invisalign treatment in addition to my bi-annual cleaning visits. Every visit is a pleasant experience and the staff are some of the kindest, friendliest people. Would recommend any local to Arlington or local to the area.

I love this dental practice! ❤️ I’m a certified “chicken” when it comes to dental visits... I have severe dental anxiety! But everyone here has such a calming, reassuring manner, especially Dr. Ali and Dr. Mo. I believe Dr. Ali has now retired, so if you’re nervous about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Mo. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly skilled, and never pressures me into unnecessary treatment or expensive add-ons. I’m in my 60s and have seen more than my share of incompetent dentists. Experience has taught me to quickly recognize true skill once a dentist starts working, and Dr. Mo is one of the best I’ve ever had. He’s an outstanding dentist who is kind, compassionate, thorough, and has a wonderful sense of humor that helps put anxious patients at ease. If dental appointments make you nervous, this is the practice to choose. They have locations in Arlington, Herndon, and Ashburn.

Arlington Dental Excellence is a fantastic dental office where the people really care about you and they work hard to make things right – the best that they can be. I am thrilled with the veneers and bridge that they made me and Dr. Mo worked under difficult conditions (My dental situation poses some challenges)to get a really beautiful result that looks like natural teeth! And Dr. Ali has given me support and advice in handling my dental anxiety, and in Handlinglife in general. And the assistants who work with the dentists know a lot themselves and do great work!
