Dr. Surbhi and her team are wonderful—attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to their patients’ well‑being. We appreciate how Dr. Surbhi takes the time to explain everything clearly and offer honest recommendations, unlike other dental offices that try to upsell unnecessary services.

My mother is older and in a wheelchair. She has to go to the dentist 3-4 times a year. Dr. Chandna is fantastic. Very accommodating, and the right balance of careful and thorough without overdoing treatment. We totally trust her, and she's been a wonderful member of my mother's provider team.

Amazing dentist and team. I came in extremely nervous because I’ve never had a positive experience with dental care, but they completely shifted that for me. Despite an issue with Zocdoc incorrectly confirming my appointment, the staff still made sure I was seen. They also helped clarify my insurance (which I had mistakenly assumed was tied to my medical), and from the start, they were patient, accommodating, and genuinely attentive. Kelly, my dental hygienist, was incredibly thorough. She walked me through everything—how to properly address plaque buildup, correct flossing technique, how enamel functions, and the benefits of fluoride—without it feeling overwhelming. Dr. Surbhi Chandna was direct, transparent, and clearly focused on patient-centered care. She explained what was medically necessary, respected my autonomy, and created a plan without pushing unnecessary procedures or costs. She even adjusted her schedule so I could get both my cleaning and a filling done in the same visit, which I really appreciated. She also made appropriate referrals for care outside her scope (including surgical evaluation and orthodontics), which I valued—it felt thoughtful and thorough rather than dismissive. What stood out most was the intentional kindness from everyone I interacted with. It felt genuine, consistent, and made a lasting impression.
