This location is top notch! I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Reza, who is very experienced. Additionally this establishment is not just interested in the money that comes in but most importantly your well being and the right treatment plan spread out accordingly. I am definitely going to maintain the relationship for my sake and that of my family’s. Thank you, Arlington Dental Center for the great services!
I’ve been coming to Arlington Dental Center for years. I’ve never had a problem. From the front desk staff, to the financing staff, to the dental hygienist and dentists. The staff are all amazing! I cannot recall an appt where there wasn’t banter between me and the staff! If you’re not a dentist person, they’ll out you at ease! 10/10 recommend.
The whole team coordinates seamlessly to provide great care. I despise going to the dentist but Dr. Reza and his team make it stress-free with easy scheduling, professional services and great music to provide an environment conducive to patient comfort. Dr. Reza is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work so you will always leave knowing you are in the best hands. Pain free both during procedures and with payment schedules to accommodate all budgets. The whole office is held to the highest standards and smile while doing so. Finally, a dentist office with personality and professionalism. Thank you Arlington Dental!!!
My experience was mainly with Del Ray Dental Center, the sister location, but Arlington Dental Center provided zero help, transparency, or general care towards patients, especially those who have been mistreated by their employees. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly you should go to a different dental practice. I’ve suffered for months because of Del Ray Dental. This is my second review (the first was taken down after Del Ray dental called me to tell me they “didn’t appreciate the review” and asked me to have it taken down. I did out of fear of retribution). First and foremost, I have had to have every single procedure I had done at Del Ray Dental redone. Certain work was done so poorly I ended up getting an infection and needing a root canal. My night guard was NOT fitted, rendering it unwearable without pain. I picked up my night guard in a ziploc bag from the outside mailbox of the dentist office, and no employee checked to see if it fit at any point thereafter. I left Del Ray Dental Center in far worse shape than before I received any treatment. Find attached a picture I took from the chair of a how to YouTube video being watched prior to me receiving said procedure. When I raised these concerns, the office manager insisted I had not received that treatment and it was for a patient before me. Unfortunately, this wasn’t true, as I watched the employee search for the video on YouTube with my own eyes, watch it, and then proceed to complete the procedure on me. I asked for an itemized receipt (which I had been refused before saying they don’t provide itemized receipts) and they suddenly could provide an itemized receipt, where she confirmed I paid for the service she initially argued I hadn’t received. When I raised my concerns about this with Dr. Yousef, she said not everyone can be expected to remember how to do everything and that I should be happy that they’re being thorough and watching YouTube videos. I was not made aware of any risks or consequences of the composite bondings until after I received the treatment. I was only given the waiver AFTER treatment, and told I needed to sign it. Had I been made aware beforehand, I would’ve chosen a different treatment option. They push veneers. My front teeth were “roughed up” far more than necessary. What started as a VERY minor chip is now 1/4 of my tooth missing. I believe this was done not to complete composite bondings but to force me to get veneers. I believe this to be the case because the bonding fell off multiple times in the first week of having it, and Del Ray Dental offered a credit for veneers. I can’t help but feel this was the master plan all along to force me into veneers performed by the practice. Again, I believe I was taken advantage of by the entire practice, from the billing to the dental care I suffered through. I would have gone elsewhere much earlier, but I had already spent thousands of dollars at Del Ray Dental. Turns out, I needed to pay to have everything redone, plus a root canal, anyway. I sincerely wish I had not continued seeing Del Ray Dental. Finally, Del Ray dental took over 30 days to reimburse me for payment made by my insurance. I was forced to pay for the entire crown out of pocket, despite my insurance being billed. This was not the case for any other procedure I had done that was billed to insurance. Del Ray Dental grossly overcharges and has otherwise questionable billing practices and lacks any sort of transparency (again, I was refused itemized receipts on multiple occasions, yet the office manager was able to give me one eventually.) in addition to performing poor dental work. Based on other patient reviews, this seems a common occurrence with the practice. I’d also note that those reviews are the ones still up, yet I know first hand how intimidating it is to have the practice call you personally and have you take down a review. I’d be curious to know how many other negative reviews have been removed in the same manner.
I want to express my deepest appreciation for Dr. Rosario Palabrica, who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Every time I visit, she makes me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Even when my insurance wasn’t sure if they would cover the treatment, she never made me feel stressed or uncertain. Instead, she took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured me throughout the whole process. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism always stand out. It’s very rare to find a dental doctor who not only does an amazing job but also truly cares about your comfort and peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found her. Thank you, Dr. Rosario, for your dedication and for always taking such wonderful care of me!
