A huge thank you to Destiny at check-in for making the process smooth and easy, and to Troy, the Treatment Plan Coordinator, for being so patient, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining everything. My hygienist Nicci was gentle, detailed, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. And Dr. Mai and his assistant Josie was absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions while making sure I felt at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere. You can truly tell the team cares about their patients and providing quality care. I definitely recommend Urbn Dental Midtown to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

URBN Dental Midtown makes going to the dentist and getting your teeth cleaned an absolute pleasure. The staff is gracious and fun from the minute you walk in. Service is 5 star the whole way. Appointments are easy to get and they happily shifted the time of day when I had a sudden schedule conflict. Communication texts make it easy and efficient and have their own sweet brand. The entire office has an uplifting vibe, lighting and music. The dental technician - Nicole, and dentists are state of the art experts.

The best dentist I’ve used ever!!!! My teeth are the purest white when I get a deep cleaning from them. They are very educational, thorough and quick! I Never had to wait in the lobby. All of the staff are Nice and friendly. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Dr. Frank and his team were very informative and took the time to walk me through my treatment options, giving me honest advice on the best path moving forward. What truly made the biggest difference in my experience was the hygienist, Nicci. Let’s be honest — most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, and I was definitely nervous going in. But Nicci’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine passion for her work completely changed my experience. She made sure I understood everything, took pride in making sure I got the most out of my treatment, and really helped ease my nerves. It was comforting knowing I was in such good hands. A special thank you as well to Josie, who was also very helpful and supportive throughout the visit. The level of care and attention from this team truly stands out!

I had oral surgery on yesterday and I must say, my experience was wonderful. The dentist and dental assistant made extraordinary efforts to make me comfortable. I have never had such a wonderful experience with extractions. While extracting my teeth, the dentist rested a finger on my cheek. This produced a calming effect. I highly recommend this dental service.
