My experience at Floss Midtown was exceptional! From appointment check-in to the deep cleaning it was great service all around. The dental hygienist, Andy and assistant, Brisa did great work, taking their time and listening to my concerns. And Dr. Castillo. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had a great experience at this dental office. They started my appointment on time, and the service was efficient from start to finish. My hygienist, Andy, did an amazing job—he was very thorough with my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The doctor was excellent as well, taking the time to explain my X-rays and answer my questions. Overall, the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this office!

Friendly staff, very professional, a lil pricey. But does practice the lost art of customer service. Always putting your mind at ease.

Had a consultation today. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very warm and friendly. Let’s be honest, dentist offices are not a place you can “relax”….! But it was a very wonderful experience. I’ve always hated going to the dentist. But the staff was so kind and warm. It felt like a spa visit! Thank you all for everything. Looking forward to seeing you again.
