FLOSS Dental of Houston Midtown

I absolutely love this dental office all the way down to the receptionist. Alexander was helpful informative patient and great at helping me schedule my appointment. My DA Ray she was attentive pleasant and explained my care throughly. Dr. Tran is a wizard!! No pain great bed side manner I mean I couldnt ask for more, he explains the care and condition of your oral health as well as putting a smile on your face. Plus!!! they are willing to work with you in different payment arrangements/ options mind you I had two extractions done last minute so the team came through I was in and out within a hour and a half

Never thought I say this but for the first time, I don’t mind going to the dentist. The entire staff front the front desk to the back is super friendly and warm with great attention to detail. Procedures you’d dread are performed with ease and comfort. Such cool & state of the art machinery to deliver services quickly on site! I love Floss Dental Midtown! I was referred, needed plenty of work done and each visit has been pleasant & painless.

Friendly staff, very professional, a lil pricey. But does practice the lost art of customer service. Always putting your mind at ease.

Unfortunately, my experience at this dental office has been extremely frustrating. In a span of over a year I’v been in and out of the office for root canals, cleanings, crowns, and every time I’ve gone the office staff just feels lost. There’s no better way to put it. It often felt like a “Training” facility with new faces almost every visit from Dentist to hygienist. I can recall something being broken or not working every visit. The machines, the chairs, the tools, the suction, the manual Xray hand held device. My most recent visit I had an 8 am appointment and was not done almost 5pm! A whole day to take care of two crowns! Had I known at the beginning of my journey here that all my experiences would be frustrating, I would’ve taken a chance elsewhere. I would not recommend this dental office.

Well today I had an awesome visit. We discussed a lot of issues. I’ve been coming here for the last past four years now and everything he’s done professionally accurately never had an issue with it and on a Friday of April 4 he’s gonna do all three impacts my braces becoming off soon Between him and his wife. I think they make an awesome team. I highly recommend him to anybody if you want somewhere else and you want a second chance or second opinion, come to him about trying to take care of him. He has an awesome team.
